Jonathan's Bio
With over 6 years with Maxwell Leadership, I am licensed and certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth. Trained and mentored by John Maxwell and mentors of his world-class faculty, I am equipped with the tools, resources and experience to help you and your team improve your productivity, performance and profitability. Whether you are looking for a facilitator for group workshops, corporate training in leadership, speaking, sales, or coaching skills for your leaders, or a speaker for your next event, I have access to exclusive content that is only available through a certified Executive Director of Maxwell Leadership to help you reach your goals and objectives.
Growing up without a father, I became a student of leadership as a child. I believe that "Parenting is Leadership, and Leadership is Parenting". The only difference is that we can't fire our children. Being part of Maxwell Leadership allows me the opportunity to be as John puts it, "Be his legs to his Legacy" to develop leaders and add value to people. My mission is to contribute to a brighter future by helping people discover the leader within them and equip organizations to create an empowered culture for a better world.
Prior to joining Maxwell Leadership, I served in the U.S. Air Force and worked for a Fortune 50 company for almost 25 years where I served in leadership roles and Human Resources. These experiences allowed me to understand the gaps in the creation of a productive and engaged workforce. I serve as a guiding light to developing a growth mindset and authentic leadership.
My goal and vision in life continues to being the father that I never had to my children and being the husband my father never was to my mother. In my life, I worked very hard to have the best relationships with my wife, children, relatives, friends, and business associates. Malou and I just celebrated over 33 years of marriage and are committed to growing ourselves while sharing lessons learned for keeping our love on. Our son - Josh is 29 years old currently serving in the U.S. Air Force in the UK and he just married so our family includes Pam. and our daughter - Lauren is 25 taking her Masters in Nursing Degree in DePaul University. Malou and I enjoy meaningful and deep relationships with our children and this fills us with joy knowing our bonds are strong, regardless of the challenges we face together!
I believe that you cannot give what you do not have. Who you learn from is just as important or even more important than what you learn. As part of Maxwell Leadership. I'm committed to model leadership behaviors the best way I can by continually growing and being a lifelong learner.
My joy and passion is helping people discover, develop, and realize the leader within them to reach their fullest potential and to help organizations multiply leaders to create a better world because as John says, "Everything Rises and Falls on Leadership".

Malou's Bio
As a Coach, Teacher, and Trainer, I serve people's needs by being a thought partner and guide in the challenges we all face in everyday life. My gift is adding value to people's lives by offering different perspectives and ways of thinking to bettering their quality of life through the nurturing of relationships.
In my professional career, I worked in HMOs prior to joining State Farm. With over 18 years at State Farm, I have served in various positions in Auto Claims, Fire Claims, Agency, Human Resources, Claims Training, and Auto Estimatics. My successes can be attributed to my optimistic and growth mindset, passion in getting the best from people, and belief that challenges and problems are opportunities in rising to a renewed version of ourselves.
Through the years in the various roles in my business and personal life, people gravitated with my natural and instinctive ability to connect authentically. My capacity to intently listen and empathize while providing objective and selfless advice brought direction to bettering people's lives.
It is a joy being an instrument to people's awakening as they find strength and confidence in themselves. I'm very passionate in helping people discover that we each have the power to create meaningful lives not only for ourselves, but also to every person that crosses our path as this truly is our legacy.
