THE 17 INDISPUTABLE LAWS OF TEAMWORK WORKSHOP

Teamwork is essential. The silo approach to growth just does not work. It requires everyone on the team to be working, and accountability is key. It involves shared vision and goals, understanding strengths and weaknesses of each team member, and capitalizing on the strengths of each individual. As a leader, it is important to understand what is involved in creating a winning team so that you are able to lead them to victory.

This High Performance Teamwork Workshop is based on John C. Maxwell's book, The 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork. This program will guide your team to the keys of high performance. Each participant will build a plan of actionable steps to take responsibility in contributing to the team's success. Your team will discover:

  • The LAW OF BIG PICTURE and how to get the team to your organization's vision.

  • The LAW OF THE NICHE, understanding each person's unique way of adding the most value to the team.

  • The LAW OF THE CHAIN and how the strength of the team is impacted by the weakest link.

  • Playing by the LAW OF THE SCOREBOARD, identifying the team's key performance indicators, so together, your team can measure whether you are winning or not.

The John Maxwell Team Leadership Game

The John Maxwell Team Leadership Game is a fun, interactive, and comprehensive game based on the teachings of John C. Maxwell.

The game helps organizations improve their leadership intelligence and increase their effectiveness. Why? "Because everything rises and falls on leadership," says John. These leadership principles carry consequences with them. Apply the laws in your organization and people will follow you. Violate and ignore them, and you will not be able to lead others. But there's news: every one of the laws can be learned." How? Play the game with 6-12 of your most influential leaders and find out!
