What's your dream of the future look like?

"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character." ~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

I still remember back in High School and when I was in the U.S. Air Force stationed in England, experiencing the ugly reality of racism. Nonetheless, I've always felt that people had goodness within them and their lack of understanding and faith were causing this divide. Some cite this as ignorance but I prefer to call it "limited thinking" or having a "scarcity mindset".

For me, the biggest step in overcoming this cancer was to first look at my own thoughts and feelings about this issue … why do I feel and believe this way? The answer always lies on our past experiences and if you're a tech person … our "Programming".

The Founder of Analytical Psychology - Carl Jung shared, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you'll call it fate". Simply put, we have the power to create the world as we dream it to be, only if we choose to reprogram ourselves. A "Transformation" to develop a growth mindset, embrace a positive attitude, and consciously change how we emotionally and behaviorally respond that'll create our best life! Choose to be created by a vision of the future or be defined by memories of the past.

We must move from our awareness of separateness to appreciating and embracing our oneness.

Our young are going to be the leaders of tomorrow! We are responsible for shaping our youth. Everyone has a part to play on what our future looks like because as leaders --- parents, friends, brothers, sisters, teachers, government and any other citizen of the world, has a responsibility in creating global community of humanity.
